Just for the record, I feel different about Pinterest. Tumblr has mostly teenage users, who have no intention of visiting my blog or Flickr and following or adding comments, there was swearing on some sites and other material that I don't want to be associated with, and the issue of not giving me credit for the time and effort to produce the photo.
Anyway now for my Scavenger Hunt. :-)

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
Black bird singing in the dead of night
Take these sunken eyes and learn to see
all your life
you were only waiting for this moment to be free
Blackbird fly, Blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.
~ The Beatles

3. A Day in my Life
Most of my days revolve around this little guy. I didn't actually take this for this prompt, he just came up to me during the week and I thought the light hitting his eyes was so gorgeous. I ran for my camera but when I went to take a shot he started to make faces. So I just went with it and asked him to be a monster and get me. He doesn't make a very convincing scary monster does he, too cute!

These are the tools that represent different aspects of my life
I am a Chef and Baker (whisk);
I am an educator, a life coach and a writer of lists (pencils);
I am a mender of broken things and heavy hearts, the one that holds things together (safety pin);
I am a photographer, a student, an explorer and dreamer (camera).

Beautiful set! Love them all but that collage is wonderful!
These are absolutely gorgeous! Your son's eyes are really amazing...great capture!
I'd be upset about the Tumblr thing too! Hope it gets resolved soon :)
"Blackbird" my FAVORITE Beatles song! :). The DOF on that photo is just beautiful. Very dream like. And your little boy sure is growing up!
Kathy
Once again I say Bravo! These are all so wonderful, but my fav is the black and white one. Your monster IS very cute too! (but certainly not scary)
I would be unhappy about the tumblr thing too!
Love the collage! So well done and I like how meaningful the objects are that you picked.
I love your black & white shot and the collage...perfect.
Your photos are always so amazing. I can't even pick a favorite. They are all wonderful..
As usual your photos are all so, so beautiful! Soft and sweet!
Ah...so pretty, all of 'em! I really love your black and white with the bird cage...your little "monster" is adorable, and I love your sunset interpretation!
Beautiful pictures with style.
It is so sad how people stole others pictures and don't credit back. Is this question of generations because I would never do that. I have seen so many teenagers blogs where they don't tell where the pictures comes from and I know pictures are not taken by them.
I'm zoo sorry for you:)
I ment so sorry
What a GREAT "Colorful" shot! Wow!!!! Love the DOF and bright colors of the paint pots! And your "Four that Go Together" just blew me away, especially the safety pin shot. Brilliant, Sara! Loved your little guys shot, too. Very sweet. :) Definitely nice to see you here as well as over at M4H! Great set! :)
Gorgeous photos as always, Sara- love the B&W shots, I have Blackbird going through my head now!
Gorgeous bokeh on your B&W. Perfect focus of your little boy. Happy Sunday!
Sarah another great set this week. The wee fella is so cute and I'm trying not to start singing along with you as I'll keep going on and on. Love those paints especially how you've just taken half of each pot in the picture.
Sorry to hear about your copyright problems - I've never checked stats on flickr as I don't use it too much.

Sara, My mouth drops open every time I visit your blog. Your pictures are always amazing!!! Love the four and the picture of your not so scary monster. ;)

Gorgeous set. Love "four". That is so not cool about your Flickr site. Curious to know how you figured that out.
Great shots this week. So are you still using that Canon? It looks like the one my mom had when I was a teen. I always loved the how it felt to advance the film on that camera.
The shot of your son is fantastic. Love those blue eyes.
Your work is so inspiring - how dare anyone steal your work and take the credit. Not cool!
