1. Smile
Didn't turn out exactly as planned, the Cheerio smile was hard to get to sit right and not clump together. But a happy way to start the day!
2. Stand Alone
One domino left standing.
3. Rusty or Old
My Morfar's (Swedish for maternal Grandfather) piping and decorating nozzles. He was a baker and ran his own bakery out of my mum's childhood home. These are probably too old and rusty to use, but they're a wonderful memory. Photographed on an old cookbook.
4. Artificial
An artificial bird! This bird cage is my mum's and her little artificial bird.
5. Repeating Pattern
The repeating pattern in the tea cup. And a repeating pattern throughout my week, tea or coffee, a good book or a movie, making a perfect cosy escape from the rain.
Can't wait to see everyone's interpretations!

Such elegant choices, wrapped in your memories.
Beautifully textured with original interpretation.
I look forward to seeing some of your older posts later today.
Nice set love the textures you put on them.
My Opa (German for grandpa) was a baker too. One of my fondest memories are the boxes of stollen and handmade gingerbread men he would send us every Christmas. I soooo wish I had some of his trinkets like you do! Beautiful.

Love your old picture. What a great memento of your grandfather. Great finds and great pictures. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful set. I love the textures you used this week. Even sick you manage to show us your best.
I hope you get better soon.
Another great set, what a cute idea for smile!
They're all sooo beautiful! I love your Moffa's decorating nozzles...and that cup is really lovely! The textures you've used add such a beautiful sense of history to your photos <3
OMGosh! Sara, BEAUTIFUL images! All of them! You may have felt uninspired this week but your images do not reflect anything of the sort. Beautiful set and interpretation of each prompt. I hope your little guy feels better soon.
Each of these is stunning! Love the story behind "Something Old" :)
Gorgeous images. I love your work.
Beautiful set! LOVE the birdcage and the bird - the whole picture is just wonderful.
I just love your artificial and stand alone! Hope your little guy is feeling better and the sun comes out soon!
They are all So beautiful even everything didn't went as you planned. Morfar's nozzles are so beautifully rustic things. I think you would take wonderful pictures even without roof in your house and the whole family were sick and with some other problems, you just got to eye.
I hope it clears up and your little man gets well! Still a fun set of photos. Love repeating pattern.... It also sounds good too! Lol
Wow...always such beautiful shots. I really love the softness you bring out in your photos and the simplicity. I think my favorite is the rusty shot...meaningful, delicate... so nicely done!!
You did a great job despite the rain Sara. I think that cheerios one is so creative and love your composition set up for the rust/old shot.
Hope that wee fella of yours is better soon.
Oh your smile made me smile. Beautiful, beautiful set this week. All of your lovely photos make me smile!!
Every single week you blow me away with your beautiful photos. I gave you an award because of it. My faves this time are smile (so creative), stand alone, and repeating pattern.

They are all so good!!!! I love that I learned a bit more about Sweden. My hubs family is from there & I love learning everything I can to make sure my kids know all they can about it.
Well your week may have been rainy but your photo's were certainly not boring at all.
They are very well done.
I liked them all but my favorite would be, Artificial and Stand Alone.
Sorry about your less than spectacular week - but you would never know it by your photos. They are wonderful. I liked your "smile" idea. And I loved the bird on the OUTSIDE of the birdcage! Your shots made me feel nostalgic. Hope your son is better!
